A restore test is not the same as a real production restore during an incident. Real restores may involve urgency, operating systems, databases, third-party applications and infrastructure problems, so they are billed separately unless covered by a specific Enterprise agreement.

FAQ

Are prices in USD?

Yes. All plans are billed in US dollars through Stripe.

Why not show the buyer’s local currency?

Recurring subscriptions in local currency can vary because of exchange-rate changes. We bill in USD to keep the contract value clear and predictable.

Can Brazilian clients subscribe?

Yes. Brazilian clients may pay in USD with an international credit card or request commercial contact.

Why is there a setup fee?

Launch, Watch, Resolve and Assure include technical implementation work. The setup fee covers initial configuration, validation and onboarding.

Does Assure include emergency restore?

No. Assure includes planned restore tests and evidence. Emergency or real production restores are billed separately unless covered by a custom contract.

What happens if storage exceeds the quota?

SafetyOnCloud will alert the client and apply additional storage billing or recommend an upgrade according to the service terms.
