Cancellation and Refund Policy

These public documents define the legal, operational, billing, privacy and data processing framework for SafetyOnCloud services.

Last updated: June 9, 2026Terms version: 2026-06-09
These documents are provided for customer review before subscription. For regulated environments or custom requirements, request a signed agreement before activation.

Cancellation

Customers may cancel a subscription according to the process made available by SafetyOnCloud or Stripe. Cancellation normally stops renewal at the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated.

No automatic refunds

Fees already charged are generally non-refundable, including setup fees, completed onboarding, used subscription periods, add-ons and professional services, except where required by law or expressly approved by SafetyOnCloud.

Annual plans

Annual subscriptions are discounted in exchange for a yearly commitment. Early cancellation does not automatically create a prorated refund unless required by law or stated in a signed agreement.

Failed payments

If payment fails, SafetyOnCloud may retry billing, notify the customer, suspend service, restrict restores or cancel the subscription according to the billing settings and applicable law.

Post-cancellation data

After cancellation, backup data may be retained for a limited period or deleted according to service configuration, retention policy, storage provider rules and legal obligations. Customers should request export or restore before cancellation when needed.
