Service overview
SafetyOnCloud provides cloud backup service levels ranging from self-service backup to assisted setup, monitored backup, managed correction and planned restore validation. Service availability depends on supported platforms, access permissions, licensing, storage configuration and technical feasibility.
Plan summary
Core: self-service backup for a simple workload. Launch: assisted initial implementation. Watch: monitored backup with SafetyOnCloud oversight. Resolve: managed backup with limited correction time after onboarding. Assure: managed backup with planned restore test and formal evidence.
Included and excluded work
Unless included in the selected plan or a written statement of work, emergency restores, incident response, OS repair, application reconfiguration, cybersecurity remediation, legal compliance consulting and business process recovery are excluded.
Add-ons
Simple add-ons may be selected in Checkout and follow the selected billing cycle. Technical add-ons may require onboarding and validation before activation.
Retention and storage
Retention and storage limits are plan-specific. If storage exceeds quota or retention causes excessive consumption, SafetyOnCloud may notify the customer and recommend additional storage, retention changes or a plan upgrade.
